PLEASE READ: All new clients are required to keep a credit card on file in order to schedule. By scheduling, you agree the card on file may be charged if the cancellation policy's requirements are not met. Your card is not charged otherwise and payment is taken at the time of service. We prefer cash, check or Venmo as payment methods at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy: In order to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, the client must provide 24 hours notice. If the client fails to show up to a scheduled appointment or fails to provide 24 hours notice to a requested change in appointment time, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. The same rules apply to redemption of a gift certificate and packages. If the client does not show up to a scheduled appointment, the certificate will become void. We value our client’s time as well as our own. We keep this policy to best serve our clients as well as manage our schedules efficiently. Thank you for understanding.
